SRZUAV Privacy Policy

Thank you for your interest in Beijing Shirenzi Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“SRZUAV”, “we”, or “us”) and in the various hardware, firmware, software, websites, applications, and services provided by us (each, a “Product” or “Service”).
By using SRZUAV Products and Services, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy. California residents should also review the California Privacy Notice below.
Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, improve, and secure SRZUAV Products and Services, including UAV hardware, optics payloads, and related software.
Account Information
User ID, email or phone number, password or verification info, and optional profile details such as gender, birthday, company name, role, and UAV usage preferences.
Contact Information
Name and alias, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number(s). Certain jurisdictions require contact information when activating UAS/UAV products or opening accounts.
Payment Information
Bank account, credit card, or debit card number when placing orders — typically processed and tokenized by third-party payment processors.
Photos, Videos & Optics Data
SRZUAV does not automatically collect your photos or videos without your consent. When you upload content captured by SRZUAV UAVs, we may store that content including EXIF metadata. Ensure you have consent from any individuals depicted.
Communications
Contact details, time, topic, and content of your communications with us, including attachments such as flight logs or screenshots.
Location Information
Geolocation data when activating hardware, using map functions, synchronizing flight records, or searching for nearby flying spots — derived from GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or IP address.
Device & Flight Data
Device model and serial number, UAV and controller identifiers, flight logs and telemetry (altitude, speed, GPS, battery status, error codes) for diagnosis and support.
Technical Information
IP address, browser type and version, device type, OS version, hardware model, pages visited, crash logs, and performance data.
Employment Information
Educational background, work history, achievements, and professional certifications when you apply for a role at SRZUAV.
How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of SRZUAV Products and Services.
- Verify, manage, and provide support for SRZUAV accounts.
- Process orders, payments, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Analyze usage trends and improve our UAVs, optics payloads, software, and services.
- Develop new features including safety features and performance enhancements.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, and security alerts.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries or requests.
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law and with consent where required.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security breaches, or misuse.
- Comply with applicable laws and UAS/UAV aviation requirements, including Remote ID regulations.
We may aggregate or de-identify your information for analytics, research, and product improvement. Where required by law (e.g., in the EEA), we rely on legal bases such as consent, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the circumstances described below.
- Affiliates & Subsidiaries — within the SRZUAV group of companies, as necessary to provide Products and Services.
- Service Providers — payment processing, shipping, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, and marketing services, required to protect your data.
- Public or Community Features — username, posts, or shared content may be visible to other users in community forums.
- Regulators & Aviation Authorities — Remote ID data, flight logs, or device identifiers shared as required by law.
- Legal & Safety Purposes — disclosure if reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality steps.
- Aggregated / De-Identified Data — data that cannot reasonably identify you, shared for research or analytics.

Access
Access your personal information and obtain a copy.
Correct
Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
Delete
Request deletion of your personal information.
Object
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Withdraw
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If we discover we have collected such information in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete it as required.

SRZUAV Products and Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications not operated or controlled by SRZUAV.
